Focaccia is wonderfully hands-on, and that’s part of the fun! You’ll have the chance to mix, stretch, dimple, and shape the dough by hand in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We’ll wash our hands thoroughly and keep all work areas clean and sanitized throughout the class. Gloves will be available for anyone who prefers to wear them, and you’re also very welcome to work with clean, freshly washed bare hands.
