ABOUTSublette BOCES Afterschool Program is available for students entering grades K-5. Afterschool takes place Monday - Thursday, from 3:50 pm - 5:15 pm at Sublette BOCES (665 N. Tyler Ave.)TRANSPORTATIONIf your child will be riding the school bus to BOCES from Pinedale Elementary School, they will need to ride the HORSE bus. This is is going to both PAC and BOCES Afterschool program.REGISTRATION & ATTENANCEARUX is Sublette BOCES's new digital portal where you can register for programs, manage your account, and stay connected with everything your family needs.Enrollment in the BOCES Afterschool program through ARUX is designed to provide flexibility. Registration is set up on a M-Th basis for each month during the SCSD #1 school year. Parents can register for any or all of the days for the month. The cost for the Afterschool program is set at $6.50 per day/per child. For example, if you want to enroll your child for 9 days in the month of September, it would cost you $58.50 for the month. Parents will be invoiced weekly for the Sublette BOCES K-5 afterschool program through our digital portal ARUX. Attendance is taken daily at our afterschool program. If you child is registered and will not be attending please let our staff at BOCES know by calling (307)367-6873.Parents will pick students up by 5:15 p.m. from the BOCES center unless otherwise announced. If no one comes to pick up the child from the class by 5:15 p.m. there will be a late fee of $1 for per minute late assessed, with the first fee starting at 5:15 p.m. After three late pick ups, per family, (5:15 p.m. or later) a warning letter will be sent home and late pickup fee will increase to $4 per minute late. After five late pickups the family will be suspended for one month. At 5:15 p.m. attempts will be made to contact parents, if parents cannot be reached, other authorized persons listed on the registration form may be called. If no one can be reached to pick up the child by 5:45 p.m., staff may call the Department of Family Services. If they cannot be reached, BOCES staff may call the Sublette County Sheriff's Office. SCHOLARSHIPSSublette BOCES provides scholarships to students who qualify for the free and reduced and reduced lunch program through SCSD #1. Please provide BOCES with a copy of the documentation from the Superintendents Office (307)367-2139. Once approved, please contact Sublette BOCES (307)367-6873 with your children(s) schedule and we will register your student.SNACKWe provide a snack each day for the students.
