Legal Opioids: A discussion on Kramtom and How Medications Treat Addiction
This presentation is a community based conversation on something we are seeing in the stores and hearing about online but still not entirely clear what it is and the ramifications of its use. We will delve into Kratom — a legal and unregulated substance that has become common throughout the country. We will build on last years discussion of the biology of addiction to understand how Kratom fits into this picture and explore how medications play a critical role in recovery. All ages welcome!
