It's (Spanish) Tapas Time
Pretend you're in Barcelona and load the table with snacky bites and a pitcher of sangria.
The flavors are bold, the cooking is simple, and you'll find it's one of the most convivial ways to host.
The class will be focused on hosting a Spanish tapas party. We will also learn about the history of tapas and the components of a Spanish pantry.
We will be making traditional tapas such as Catalan's tomato bread, sizzling garlic shrimp, bacon wrapped dates, blistered shishito peppers (if I can find them) as well as Spanish meats and cheeses, Spanish boquerons/anchovies, assorted olives and peppers, Spanish salad (likely) and N/A Sangria. At the end of the class we will gather and enjoy the tapas party we prepared.
